Refund Policy – Print-on-Demand Products

Thank you for shopping with us! Since all our products are made-to-order and individually produced for you (Print-on-Demand), special conditions apply regarding returns and refunds.

1. No Returns for Change of Mind

Because each product is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or simply do not like the product. Please carefully review the size charts, product details, and your order information before checkout.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will of course take responsibility. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with the following details:

• Order number

• Photos of the damaged/defective product

• Brief description of the issue

We will review your case promptly and provide either:

• a replacement product, or

• a full refund.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet entered production. Once production has started, changes or cancellations can no longer be accepted.

4. Returns

Please do not return any items without prior contact. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted or refunded.
