Q: What is Print-on-Demand (POD)?
A: Print-on-Demand means we only produce your item once an order is placed. This allows for unique, customized products without holding inventory, reducing waste and cost.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our store, select your product, choose size/color/design options, and add it to your cart. Once you complete checkout, weβll start producing your item.
Q: Can I customize a product?

A: Production usually takes 2β5 business days. Shipping times vary by location:

- Rest of the world: 7β20 business days

A: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the order is sent into production and cannot be modified or canceled.

A: We primarily use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) and sublimation printing depending on the product type, ensuring high-quality and durable prints.
